Currently, we do not offer delivery services for online orders. However, we provide a convenient click and collect option where you can order online and pick up your items at our store location.
Click and collect allows you to shop online and pick up your items in-store at your convenience. Simply browse our online shop, select the items you need, and purchase them online. Your order will be ready within a few hours to pick up from reception at HOLD Kings Cross.
We offer secure online payment options. Simply add your items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts to complete your payment using your preferred payment method.
When collecting your click and collect order in-store, please ensure to bring a copy of your order confirmation email or your order number. This helps us quickly locate and process your order for pickup. If you're unable to print your order confirmation, simply show it to our staff on your mobile device.
